Cracking neck pain down arm? - shooting pain down the neck
When the crack my neck, I often get a sharp pain that all destroy my arms, and finally ends at the wrist. It takes only seconds, but it really does hurt. Someone knows why and how can I avoid this? (In addition to cracking the neck, I know I should stop)

You can trapping a nerve. I suggest you consult a doctor .. Stop and cracks in the neck. if it hurts stop! You could problems in later life.
